Hi,
Your best bet would be to review the log file. The log file can be accessed via the View-->Event log menu option. You can also set the logging level from Info (default) to Verbose via the Tools-->Preferences menu option or if watching it live, you can set this logging level temporarily right from the Event Log dialog.
Keep in mind that verbose logging is not recommended for long term use as it will reduce performance of TracerPlus Connect. It can be very useful for diagnosing what might be happening though.
