TracerPlus Connect 10 Not Running As A Service

I have TracerPlus Connect 10 and TracerPlus Desktop installed on a Windows Server 2022. I noticed that TPConnect_ms is not running as a service, therefor once someone close their login session on the server; users can no longer scan and sync packages to the SQL database with their mobile phones.

Hi,

The tpconnect_ms.exe application is actually the TP Connect Management Studio application and is not the Windows Service. The tpconnect_ss.exe is the actual Windows Service executable/application.
