Thank you for your feed back but I did that first and was directed this way since I am not a paying customer yet.

Trying to download TracerPlus Connect 9 on my desktop and it has been trying to load the Profile for a while now. Any suggestions as to why this would be happening? We are a Microsoft Windows 7 Enterprise with 64 bit shop
