This is not officially possible but you could, arguably, manually combine these session config files via text editor. There are a lot of reasons we would recommend against that but if the project was simple enough, it might be possible. The complications creep in when a given field in a given session is used in another field's settings (like lookups and calc fields). Since this relationship is defined by the field index and that index would need to change in the combined session, I feel like the complication may not be worth it.
