For the messaging option, it would be helpful to be able to import a contact list with the contact and select an email template.
Similar to the "Drop Down" option, the "Display Value" would be the recipient name would be the "Filter or DB Value" would be the recipient email or phone number.
To the right would replace the "Filter on value From" with an email .rpt template to select from.
This will allow a lookup field that would match a recipient. This is useful
in organization where there is a constant list of departments and personals that always get deliveries or inspection reports.
