Question on basic Inventory scanning

Im using the desktop software and downloaded the out of the box basic inventory scanning utility which scans and item and quantity. Problem is some of my items which are 20 plus digests and numbers will not scan. Seems like anything under 20 numbers scans just fine. Is there something with the software or out of the box source code that causes anything over a certain number of digests or letters to no longer scan via a barcode. Im using ADV39C for my barcode font

Hi,

I apologize for the late response. I was expecting one or more of our users might have experienced that with that particular font.

If this is still an open issue. I have a couple of questions.
1. What type of scanner are you using?
2. What type of field are you trying to scan into in TracerPlus?
3. Can you attach an image of the barcode. This may be something we could try here to see what the issue might be.
