Form Designer button sofkeys

Hello everybody,
I am a newbie to TracerPlus and just wondering how the Sofkey1 and Sofkey2 are indexed towards the Right and the left softkey buttons of my device.

Hello,

Typically the Softkey1 is the button on the bottom left hand corner of the devices screen, and the Softkey2 button is the bottom right. Not all devices have these buttons and it depends on the device and OS.

I am also still trying to get softkeys to work on MC9500. Do i need to configure anything within the OS?
The buttons are just not reacting although i defined them on my form.
