Start on field

I added a new tab in my app with only a grid and now I have lost the cursor in the start on field in the first tab. When I start the app the cursor is not to be found anywhere. I think a have a deleted field with the -1
control id somewhere because when I try to put the control id to -1 in any field I get the message " Duplicate ...". How can I solve this ?

In the session menu bar, click on the Advanced icon - you can select which field to start on there.
